Pamela’s Place Apartments blends 100 studio apartments units with over 10,000 square feet of supportive amenity and administrative space. The entirety of the project is reserved for those needing permanent supportive services, making it one of the largest projects of its kind in Utah. Housing Assistance Management Enterprise (HAME), the owner for this new community, successfully also operates a similar sized complex called Sunrise Metro on the same block.
Located in Salt Lake City's downtown core and within walking distance to bus, commuter, and light rail stations, Pamela’s Place Apartments bring deeply needed Permanent Supportive Housing to one of Utah's most accessible communities.
An outcome of Mayor Biskupski’s administration, Pamela’s Place provides safe, high quality, affordable housing for Salt Lake's most vulnerable populations, enabling them to stabilize and then thrive in an environment that promotes education, employment, and health.
