Chris has an abiding passion for helping places renew.  This interest has gradually progressed from buildings to blocks to catalytic neighborhood redevelopments. Over the past decade, he has successfully conceived and executed multifamily, commercial, and special use turn around projects.

Ivan staggered into the real estate world over a decade ago and has been fumbling through ever since. He's motivated to be someone who can build a great life while making a positive impact for others.

He's happiest spending time with his family, eating great food, and kicking a ball around with friends.

 A recent graduate from the University of Utah’s architecture program who is a fan of front porches and fresh bread. Grounded by the Bonneville Basin, he sees people as the center of good design and believes empathy, observation, and a sense of humor can exponentially better the places we love.

Melissa is fierce about food and family, and chances are if you share food with her she considers you family. She’s technically a Social Worker and professionally a change-maker. She’s driven by a belief that we all deserve a chance and it’s her job to help create more chances.

Glenn is a CPA who has spent his career in the development and construction of industrial, commercial, and multi-family projects. He loves to share his knowledge and experiences with others and learn new ways to do things. He is happiest around any kind of water that has fish.
