Denver Apartments is the first Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project in Utah to utilize a Medicaid housing subsidy.
The utilization of these dollars allowed this 22-unit project to be built without traditional housing vouchers while still creating housing for the most vulnerable in our community. Its residents will be individuals with special needs, including disabling conditions that may limit people’s ability to independently navigate life’s ups and downs.
Along with a community room, computer area, laundry facility, conference room, and outdoor garden space with raised beds, our partnership with the VOA ensures this housing will be wrapped in appropriate services 24/7.
